  1. Custom Web Site Planning:
    With a simple phone conference, we will discuss your business. The services you offer, what you specialize in and what you want out of a website. We will then give you a quote based on your needs. At that time, we will set up an appointment with you to go over our sales agreement     (we have no monthly contracts), pick up a check from you for half down, and receive an pictures, logo, business card, flyers, etc. you want to incorporate into your website.


  2. Custom Web Site Design:
    Your new site will be custom designed to best suit your company. Whether you have a simple five-page site or larger such as climatecareair.com, your results are always custom-made and you will always receive the personalized attention you deserve. We can also re-design your existing website.


  3. Domain Name Registration:
    Have you registered your domain name?
    If not, we will assist you to select an appropriate domain name and will register your name for you for just $11 per year.


  4. Domain Transfers:
    We can also transfer domain names. We charge a $100 transfer fee per domain name. If you want to transfer your domain name away from Brymels & Associates, we also charge a $100 transfer fee.


  5. Web Hosting:
    We can host your site for you starting at $100/year.     If you prefer to use your own server, then we would need your server DNS information and ftp login information, so that we can upload your website upon completion.


  6. Site Setup & Maintenance:
    Once your site is ready to go we will upload it and make any changes necessary. Maintenance: We will be happy to make any changes or additions in the future, as you request. Depending on the work to be done we will discuss any payment needed. Whether you receive an hourly quote at *$50 per hour or a per page rate, you can be rest assured that we promise to always remain fair and within our market value.     (*prices subject to change.)


  7. Search Engine Optimization & Promotion:
    When custom designing your website, we always take into consideration search engine optimization. We incorporate a variety of techniques, such as market research, keyword research, meta tags, on page optimization, and site structure, to name a few. Once completed, we will also submit your website to 30 search engines.     Including AOL®, AlltheWeb®, AltaVista™, Ask.com ®, Bing, Google®, Hotbot®, Looksmart®, Lycos®, MSN®, Netscape®, and Yahoo!®, and more. *Most engines will index your site in about three (3) months, but it takes time to gain the popularity and ranking needed.
